Thanks for the thoughts, Quentin. Thanks, moreover, for sharing some of your personal story.

And I'm glad you liked the post, flawedprefect.

You have spoken the definition of Atheism which I wholeheartedly agree with. I don't think I've seen it written in such an affirming way anywhere else.

i like and respect your opinion alot. i to am a mormon and while i might not have had or have the struggles you have i have my own. i recently started the service of my tow year mission and ended up coming home early. and as a mormon you know thats not usual or looked kindly upon. and it sucked, still sucks, but not because i feel iv let down the church or anyone in it but because i feel i let down my god. i cant say that i will be aitheiest or that that is even an option. i have prayed and tested and strive to understand God and his plan for us. and although i cant say i fully understand it, i can say i believe it. i have had a witness of its truthfulness. on that i cant brush aside and say that it didnt happen. and trust me my main motto with the church is "the church is perfect the people are not". and that is what drives me to forever believe. yes i might stumble (alot) but as i spend this time repenting of my past sins and faults i dont feel that its a punishment but a road to redemption. a blessing for me. again thank you for your it was interesting and enlightening. like i said i respect your decision and can see where you are coming from. i wish you the best in your endeavors and hope all is well.
